As founders of the business and sleep experts, Nina and Anni have seen how improved sleep drives mental clarity, personal growth and overall wellbeing - so we created Sleepin' the Dream to specialise in just that.
We understand the unique challenges of addressing sleep issues and managing sleep apnea. By offering tailored guidance and expert support for CPAP users, we're able to help people sleep better, feel better and live better.
Sleep apnea is a life threatening condition, people die in their sleep. It's not just about snoring or being tired, it's the fact that you literally stop breathing hundreds of times each night. It affects not only your sleep but your oxygen levels drop (sometimes dangerously low), your blood pressure increases and you are at a greater risk of having a heart attack or stroke.
We are here to ensure all CPAP users don't give up just because something does not feel right. Our mission is to see millions of Happy PAP'ers around the world with our guidance and support.

Nina
Nina is our Sleep Guru, having helped thousands of patients with their CPAP treatment. Drawing on her background as a Senior Sleep Therapist and Operations Manager at a sleep clinic, she brings her expertise in reviewing sleep study data and providing comprehensive support from the beginning of the CPAP journey and beyond. Nina’s positive energy and commitment to patient care ensures that no one feels alone in their treatment, and she’s always there to help patients stay on track.
Anni
Anni is our Dream Start Expert & Sleep Intuitive, specialising in getting patients started on the right path with their equipment. For many years she has worked as a Sleep Therapist and Setup Specialist and seen the value in having support when starting CPAP treatment. Known for her compassion and understanding, Anni’s care during this important phase of the journey is highly sought after. She ensures each patient receives the best possible support, helping them feel confident and well-prepared for successful treatment.
